We often get the question: how strenuous is a gorilla trek? The answer depends on several things, including the specific location, the gorilla family you visit, the weather conditions and your own physical fitness level. In general, gorilla trekking can be moderately to highly demanding.
A safari is exciting, but it can also be quite intense. You are always on the move and taking in new sights and experiences.
