This is how we work
From your first enquiry to your return flight home, we guide you every step of the way. The process is simple, and you don’t have to worry about much because we handle most of it for you. To give you a clear idea, we have outlined the steps we take to turn your dream into a detailed safari in Uganda.
#1 A personal conversation
Planning your dream Uganda trip starts with a friendly conversation. We are in Uganda, so we can connect with you via email or WhatsApp to get to know you. We will listen carefully to understand your expectations, what you have already discovered, and what activities you would like to include. Of course, you can ask us all your questions. Once we fully understand your wishes, we begin creating your initial travel proposal.
#2 We put your trip together
After our initial conversation, we start designing your trip. We choose activities that suit you, plan the route, and select the best places to stay. We contact our trusted partners to check availability. A lot of effort goes into this stage. Many large travel companies avoid this kind of customization as it takes more work; but crafting a personalized safari is exactly what we love to do.
#3 You receive your travel proposal
You will receive a detailed travel proposal that you can read at your leisure. The itinerary lays out your trip day by day and includes images of the activities and accommodations we suggest. Nothing is set in stone. Each proposal includes alternatives so you can choose what suits you best, whether it’s more luxury or a different activity. You can ask questions, give feedback, and make adjustments. You are in the driver’s seat, because you know best what you want for your adventure.
#4 The confirmation
Once you are happy with the proposal, we move forward immediately. You’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details of what to expect next. This includes practical steps such as paying a deposit to secure your trip and sharing information about all travelers, including any special requests like dietary needs or allergies. As soon as the deposit is received, we book all accommodations, activities, and permits for you, ensuring everything is confirmed and ready for your adventure.
#5 We prepare you for your trip step by step
In the weeks and months leading up to your safari, we will send you helpful emails to guide your preparations. We cover everything you need to know, from visa applications and health advice to do’s and don’ts, and what to pack or leave at home. We provide this information in stages, so you get it at the right time. Shortly before your trip, we will reach out a few more times with final details. You will learn who your tour guide will be and receive their contact information—our guides are carefully selected and fully trusted. We also provide details about your airport pick-up and other logistics. This ensures you start your journey fully informed and confident, with nothing left to worry about.
#6 The journey begins
As soon as you arrive in Uganda, your tour guide takes over as your main point of contact. You can ask them any questions, and they already know all the details of your trip, including any special requests or preferences. At the end of your adventure, your guide will drop you off in Entebbe, and we ensure you reach the airport smoothly. After your trip, we get in touch to hear about your experience. Your feedback is very important to us. It helps us continue improving and making every safari even better for future travelers.
