Then, you’ll set off for Kibale Forest National Park, enjoying a scenic drive through rural villages, lush tea plantations, dense rainforests, and sparkling crater lakes. Chimpanzee Trekking in Kibale Forest is a truly unforgettable experience. Walking through the cool, green forest, you will hear loud calls, hoots, and screams—signs that a chimpanzee community is nearby. Suddenly, chimps appear, swinging from branches or walking along the forest floor. Watching them play, groom, and interact is exciting and emotional. Kibale is the best place in Africa to see wild chimpanzees, and sightings are very likely.

After the trek, return to the lodge for lunch and a short rest. Then, begin the journey back to Kampala or Entebbe, passing green hills, tea plantations, and friendly villages.
