Paraa Safari Lodge

Access & Location
Paraa Safari Lodge is located inside Murchison Falls National Park, about 305 kilometres (5 hours by road) from Kampala.
You can reach the lodge by:
- Road: Drive from Kampala through Masindi and enter via Kichumbanyobo or Mubako Gate.
- Air: Take a charter flight from Entebbe International Airport to Bugungu Airstrip, which is only 25 minutes by road to the lodge.
- Helicopter: Private flights can land directly on the lodge’s helipad.
The lodge’s location on the north bank of the Nile is ideal for game drives, as most animals are found in this part of the park. The views of the river and surrounding plains are truly breathtaking.

Paraa Safari Lodge has 54 rooms spread across several categories to suit different preferences and budgets. All rooms have en-suite bathrooms, mosquito nets, and private balconies overlooking the Nile River or the savannah.
1. Standard Rooms

2. Deluxe Rooms

5. The Queen’s Cottage
This is the most luxurious and private option at Paraa Safari Lodge. The cottage has a large bedroom, living area, private deck, and panoramic views of the Nile and the park.
