Guest accommodation at Apoka Safari Lodge consists of ten spacious cottages. These are located slightly lower on the kopje than the main lodge. Each cottage offers beautiful views of the Narus Valley, open plains, or surrounding mountains.
Six cottages feature a double bed, while four have twin beds. Extra beds can be added for children between the ages of five and twelve. This makes the lodge suitable for families as well as couples and solo travellers.
The cottages are built using timber, stone, and thatch, just like the main lodge. They blend naturally into the rocky landscape. Inside, the rooms are comfortable and thoughtfully designed.
Each cottage includes mosquito nets, bedside tables and lamps, soft rugs, and plenty of storage space. The en-suite bathrooms feature a flush toilet, twin washbasins, and a shower with hot and cold running water.
One of the most special features of the cottages is the outdoor bathtub. Each tub is carved directly into the rocks beside the veranda. Guests can enjoy a long soak while watching wildlife move across the valley below. It is a truly unforgettable safari experience.
Every cottage also has a private veranda. This is an ideal place to relax with a book, enjoy a morning coffee, or watch the sunset in complete peace.
